At Transformational Cleaning Solutions we are customer service driven in an industry that doesn’t always value customer satisfaction. There is a supervisor present at every facility that we clean, to ensure that all processes and expectations are being met. Our management team inspects all facilities on a bi-weekly basis to ensure that all of your janitorial needs are being met. Our management team follows up at least once a month with open honest dialogue to address any problem areas or cleaning issues. Our clients have 24-hour access to our management team where they can address any cleaning issues or facility emergencies that they might have.
